Treatments & Bookings

Payments for all appointments are due upon booking. Only when payment has been received will your booking be secured.

Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will incur a 100% charge.

Womb Massage Therapy is not a replacement for medical care. Therefore Poppy Alvares does not diagnose medical illness, disease or any other physical or medical conditions.

As such, Poppy Alvares does not prescribe medical treatment, pharmaceuticals, nor does she perform spinal manipulation.

Return Policy
We only offer refunds on damaged or faulty items upon delivery.
​
Take a photo of the damaged item/s and email it with your order number to us at hello@wombandrose.com and we will send you out another package.

Please be mindful, returns are the responsibility of customers.
Womb & Rose is not responsible for lost goods.

We do not accept cancellations on orders after shipment. To cancel an order before shipment please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery
Please ensure the right address with full name, house/apt./unit number, street name, suburb/town, state, country, postcode is provided. Incorrect submission of address by customer error resulting in an incorrect delivery cannot be reimbursed.
In cases where orders were sent back to us, customers must pay for a new shipping fee as a result of unsuccessful delivery.
Privacy Policy
Personal Data:

Identity Data may include your first name, last name, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.

Contact Data may include your home address, email address and telephone numbers.

Health Data: The medical & emotional questions are required so that we can provide a Holistic Treatment for you.

Sensitive Data: We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you that is not relevant to your case. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Financial Data is not collected: all payments are collected either by Wix Payments or Monzo Business Invoice.

Transaction Data may include details about payments made by yourself for treatments.

Your personal data will be stored and be accessible by Womb & Rose.

Your information will not be shared to any third-party companies.

We will only contact you with regards to Womb & Rose and associated matters and will never send spam to you.

Data Retention:

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

Medical Malpractice requests that we keep consultation files on record for seven years once you have received your last treatment with Poppy Alvares. After this date they will be shredded/deleted.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or medical requirements

Record Keeping:

Your consultation forms are kept on file on a password protected computer and paper files are kept in a locked filing cabinet at my home address.

Your files are not viewed or accessible by anyone other than Poppy Alvares, unless consent is given by yourself to share with other therapists.

You can ask to view your client files at any given time.

This website is operated by Womb & Rose and we are committed to protecting your personal information and will keep any information you provide safely and securely.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
